The Mindful Movement for Youth Level One Workshop provides basic breathing practices, tools to teach activities that increase mindfulness and resilience in youth, as well as basic yoga poses that can be done at any time during the day. This workshop will give you practices and techniques to effectively teach these powerful practices to kids in any setting.
